There is a conflict when installing drivers ilok with Bitdefender. You must uninstall it before installing Ilok drivers . This problem happened to other Pro Tools users

BD was blocking iLok's driver installation, not allowing it to start certain services during installation, even though the antivirus & firewall was disabled. The key was to uninstall BD, not just disable.
