I purchased VIP bundle some time ago (2014?!?), but have not used the bundle long time. I need to recover a Pro Tools Mix I did in 2015, and I have bunch of plugins from the bundle on the mix. How can I recover my serial number? I changed computers since then, and I can not find the purchase email.

After logging in, go to My Products to view your purchased products/bundles. Next, log in to iLok License Manager (as most plugins in the VIP Bundle use iLok instead of a separate serial number) and check if the license is still in your account or on your old iLok USB drive. If you don't remember the email address or can't find anything, contact Avid Support (Account & Licensing section), provide your name, any email addresses you may have used, the purchase date (around 2014–2015), and your iLok ID; they can look it up and help you recover the license to unlock your old mix.
