Hi,
I bought TS & it sounds great. Any news on when we will see an update? It is so boring to have to leave the program to calculate bpm to percentage, even this feature would be worthy of a release imho. But yes, news in general would be very welcome! Thanks pd |

Can I just get store credit and return this thing? |

Hi Diego, Are you having any issues as we haven't had any support mails from you, only messages in our forum here. If you can contact our support team they can perhaps assist. Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds on this basis as should you have had the product for 5 years surely it is in use and has been used during that time and cannot be returned to stock. At present the development team are finalizing a massive update with TS Pro, which has been rebuilt from the ground up. They have also had to create a custom framework to enable future product developments, so yes this has taken extensive time, new developers to hire, but they/we haven't been resting.
