I placed an order a couple hours ago for Futzbox, and got the "Problem delivering your order" email even though it says my order was completed. I've gotten this same one when ordering Waves stuff, but thought McDSP would be instant, and I'm needing it for a session tonight. Any help? Hello macaholic, The majority of products we carry on the store are delivered immediately because the manufacturers have given us stock of serials that we have in our supplies. There are a few exceptions where we have to buy the serials at their store, for example, Waves. So it takes the time to get the serials for you. We cannot purchase serials for 200 products where the products change prices daily. In the case of McDSP products we need to do a purchase order with them, and if they are out for the weekend we cannot have the serial until Monday. On weekdays we get the serial the same day, on orders placed late in the afternoon in Europe, it is even faster as they are in the office in California to process the order. We are working on getting them to change the method of ordering and it will change very soon. We order products from the manufacturer as soon as we see your order and try to get it for you as quickly as possible. On weekdays this is usually done within the hour. We usually recommend that people copy and paste the serial being very careful not to include any spaces before or after the code as that causes it to be seen as invalid. Sometimes I use my laptop ( for sound processing) simultaneously with my desktop ( for recording and editing) and I find the single location truly limiting. I see many other serious plugins ( Eventide, Soundtoys...) allow me to have two simultaneous locations ( ILok plus a physical one). Any hope for a double location? Dear Support Team, yesterday evening, I ordered the Blue Cat Audio Crafters Pack together with four other (much cheaper) products (in order to receive the 20% discount on the whole order), but it seems that something has gone wrong. Instead of receiving an email with license and download information, I received only an "Order Processed: #" email, which I checked out shortly after ordering. The license and download information for the four cheaper products that I ordered are displayed in my account under "My Serials History", but for the Blue Cat Audio Crafters Pack it is only noted: "Your order is actually being processed. You will receive an email confirmation in a few minutes. If a problem occurred, we will contact you very shortly." However, so far there has not been any email coming with further information on this issue. The order number is #104238. Hi, Thank you for reaching out. Have you heard anything from GRM since your last reply? I haven't had any different results since. I've been faithfully updating my DAW and Windows 10. I'm still having the same problems with all of the the plugins. This starting to get fustrating for me. I spend a lot of money getting all there plugins and can't use any of them. Please help me. Somebody was a bit absent minded, no? ;-) Then, under Compatibility and System Requirements: "Mac … VST 3, VST or AAX 32-bit or 64-bit compatible host" No AU? ![]() Then, eventually I looked at the pop-up "Choose your prefered Platform:" and found AU mentioned. BUT – what's the idea that I have to select, not only Mac, but also the plug-in type when (maybe) purchasing? Is the license tied to either AU or VST or AAX? I've never heard of having to purchase either AU or Mac VST. If that's indeed the case, I'm of course not interested. Looking forward to a response ASAP, please. Hi guys, I'm having major stability issues using GRM Classic v3 (3.6.5) On FL Studio v12.2. Upon closing plugin (X button) it crashes. During some of the plugins use its like my gui can't handle the plugin. I have 48gb of memory running Windows 10. Can someone please help me?
