A few days ago, I bought the PM Chainer plugin, and I added the BT Tempo Delay because of the Promo, but I only received the PM Chainer serial (Not the NF)

Am I doing something wrong?

1. Add the product(s) you wish to purchase to the cart
2. Add the Blue Tubes Analog Chorus.
3. Go to the checkout.
4. Enter the coupon code and click redeem to discount the Chorus plugin.
5. Complete checkout.
